1. General
By placing an order on TLC Cornerstone Online, you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms govern all purchases made through our online platform.
2. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event of stock shortages or delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. Pricing
All prices listed include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
4. Payment
Full payment is required before an order is processed. Orders will only be prepared and dispatched once payment has cleared.
5. Delivery Policy
5.1 Local Delivery (Within 20km Radius)
β’ Free delivery applies to orders over R350 within the designated local radius.
β’ Orders under R350 will be charged a R50 delivery fee.
β’ Local deliveries are typically completed the same day or next working day depending on availability.
5.2 National Delivery (Outside Local Radius)
β’ Our national delivery rate is based on a fixed average packaging size.
β’ Should your parcel exceed the standard size or weight, we will contact you with the outstanding amount before your order is shipped.
β’ The additional amount must be settled before dispatch.
β’ Failure to settle the amount promptly may delay your delivery.
β’ Delivery typically takes 3β5 working days, depending on the courier and destination.
6. Special Offers & Bulk Purchasing Restrictions
Specials, promotions, and discounted pricing on household items and other products are intended for individual customer use only, and not for resale, wholesale, or distribution purposes.
If we reasonably believe that an order is intended for bulk purchasing, resale, or redistribution, we reserve the right to:
β’ limit item quantities,
β’ request clarification from the customer, or
β’ cancel the order entirely at our discretion.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed accordingly.
7. Order Processing
All orders placed during business hours are processed as soon as possible. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
8. Refunds & Returns
β’ Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and health products, certain items may not be eligible for return.
β’ Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
β’ Refunds will be processed once returned items have been inspected and approved.
9. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
10. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except for delivery and payment processing purposes.
