How to Use:

1. Collect a Sample:
   
• Use a clean, dry, disposable container free from detergent residue.
• Collect a midstream urine sample.
• For best nitrite detection, use first-morning urine.
2. Perform the Test:
   
• Open the pouch and use the strip immediately.
• Dip the test strip into the urine sample for no more than 1 second, ensuring all reaction areas are submerged.
• Remove and place the strip horizontally with the test areas facing up.
3. Read the Results:
   
• Allow the strip to react for 30–60 seconds.
• Compare the color changes on the strip to the color chart on the packaging.
• Match the colors to determine if leukocytes, nitrites, or red blood cells are present.
